As our new Operations & Production Manager, your focus is ensuring the client and team experience is the priority. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering exceptional services with consistency and care.

Qualifications

The most essential qualifications are an eagerness to be helpful, a sense of humility, and the desire to learn from others. In addition, these qualifications will help you stand out:

• G driver’s license a must and experience driving commercial vehicles preferred
• 2+ years Experience in garden installations and container arrangements
• Experience as a supervisor of people and teams
• Physical fitness, strength and agility. It can be a physically demanding role.
• Any formal or informal education/training in horticulture is an asset

The Details

The onsite operating season runs March to December, while the production and administration requirements are year-round.

The role combines administrative work in the office, client and team meetings, and hands-on duties at project locations.

Our wages are competitive, with flexibility for seasoned candidates. This role offers a fair wage ($30 – $40) with salaried options available:

• monthly contributions to a Health Savings Account after 3 months of employment. Eligible medical expenses including paramedical (chiropractor, RMT, etc.), dental, and prescription drug costs can be reimbursed from this account.
• Year-round work available for experienced candidates.
